Legal Aid Services of Oregon - Salem Regional Office

I had a phone appointment and no one called. Someone rescheduled with me. There were technical difficulties on the phone line so she emailed me saying to call her. I called her over and over for 20 minutes and no one answered. They rescheduled me with someone else for a third appointment. This person took all of my information and never got back to me. I have emailed them and called them.

Called for 3 days no answer, no way to leave a message, so I went in person. I stood in the lobby and called, watched receptionist look at, and then ignore my call. When I approached she said services were not available and sent me to the courthouse. I cannot even say how I feel at this point... Beyond comprehension.

Called this morning about my situation and they got back to me within the hour. They were unable to help with my situation but gave me multiple helpful references!
