This place needs some real people that know how to help with legal legit problems not someone they just hire that think they know what they're talking about I'm still trying to figure out what is this place created for if it's no help to the community or to the people

They're a scam artist. I talked to Eugene who told me I had to pay $1.90 for 7 days for access to attorneys and then it's going to be $19.99 a month after. But I can cancel at anytime with the link to he would send me by both text and email. Never happened and apparently Eugene doesn't work there and yes they did send me the email and text. I can't cancel this as I have to use the mysterious missing link to do so. So they're going to get 20 bucks and I have a feeling if I cancel my card they'll sue me so I'm stuck.

I guess they only take on evictions. "For the TV cameras" and federal grants. I'm assuming that is their bread and butter for overhead costs. They don't want to really champion "the little guy" when it is a state agency and also involves a corupt billion dollar corporation. But they really shouldn't waste people's time and ask for you to e-mail all your documents only to mail you a letter later after weeks without a follow-up...stating sorry our resources are too low right now. And a list of B.S that cannot provide you with the particular help that you need. Don't waste your time...they don't help with unemployment claims like they proclaim. I wouldn't be surprised that they billed on your behalf for "overhead costs" and "potential assistance". And sham intakes to pad those metrics. It is

Legal Aid is an absolute JOKE. I came to them trying to get help with a case regarding my minor children. They REFUSED to help me in any way after I explained every hoop I’ve already jumped through, they ignored everything I said and went with what they wanted. The supervisor is just as disrespectful as the agents who answer the phone. If you don’t fit the vendetta for who they want to serve they will not approve your case.

I needed Legal help in a hurry. Went into Legal Aid services office. Barbi Davis and Lori Reagan were at the front desk, they had me fill out an application form. Very straightforward. By the time I got the paperwork done these very friendly and knowledgeable ladies had me in the office of Cassandra Bobbitt, a staff attorney. Cassandra did the legal paperwork very professionally and efficiently. Barbi and Lori put me in contact with Zack Wright, Attorney. I needed two witnesses for my paperwork these two ladies came to the hospital with Mr. Wright and finished all the paperwork at my brother’s bedside. I can’t thank them enough for the professional way they handled everything. Legal Aid of OKC was FANTASTIC. Thank all of you . David
