Honestly wish that I could give zero stars. What is the point of your existence this is second time that I have called this circus and was deflected to the state bar hotline do yall actually do any work at all completely pointless and a waste of time

It looks like the general consensus for this place is that they claim to provide legal aid, but always seem to have an excuse why they can only refer you to the Oregon State Bar Referral Service and not provide the services listed on their website. They supposedly assist seniors, but based on the reviews I have read, I don't think they have helped any in years. Yet, they're still getting paid to deflect, via our tax dollars and public funding and grants.

The lawyer lady was extremely cold and not understanding about disabilities. Im doing this on my own now because they are so limited. They are non profit so they are severely understaffed. The receptionist is very nice. But the lawyer i spoke to made me feel very uncomfortable and treated me very poorly because of my lack of understanding.

Won’t return calls or answer the phone

Steven Crawford is genuinely a dedicated and compassionate person. He has amazing attention to detail and communicated every update to my case in a timely manner. Mr Crawford went above and beyond for my family and I am so thankful for all of his efforts.
