These people do not help. One rep shatoya Johnson was very rude and disrespectful. Than she accused me of hanging up on someone before and I mostly was working. They don't listen to anything you said at all. They don't help. I ask if I could meet them and show them everything I'm talking about and they dismissed me all together. They spoke to me as if I was dumb and didn't have any education. These people have no empathy for what other people are going through and could care less about anything you are going through. They are super mean and don't help with anything. They speak to you like you are dirt. Don't get confused with the nice comments here because they are not like that. I’m don’t have a problem with these lawyers number one they helped me with my unemployment four years ago with a company I had lost my job and they tried to say I walked away which was not the case and pro bono lawyer I forget her name helped me win all the money they owed me

I was initially told I was eligible for assistance, but once I explained that my situation wasn’t an “open-and-shut” case—and that I needed more than just basic protocol—I was suddenly told they couldn’t help me after all. My case was dismissed without real support or follow-up. As a domestic abuse survivor trying to protect myself from both a previous partner and a retaliatory landlord, I reached out in good faith for legal protection and housing stability. Waste of time. These people do not care about helping anyone and will tell you anything to not help you. They don’t care about anything you are going through. They come up with lame explanations and they don’t actively listen to what you are asking them. They pass your case from person to person and the do not actually take the time to review laws or solutions to help you. Don’t waste your time. Get real consulting from a real lawyer .
