They did not help with any of my questions on child support and told me to get a paid lawyer. I don't know why I was treated so disrespectfully. I thought they were here to help people & I mean, on their website, it states "child support" but if you want legal advice, I advise you to call else where because this place has always been a joke. Everytime I have ever called this place throughout my life, NOT ONCE did they help me. All they do is chew their food in your ear & tell you to call a paid lawyer instead & they get paid by the hr for it smh

I had an incredible experience. Contact was touch and go for a minute. They're just so overworked! I couldn't have asked for better in the courtroom. My attorney was experienced and really cared about my case.

Spoke on the phone with a lady who didn’t give a name. She listened to my situation for maybe 2 minutes, told me they weren’t enough attorneys to help everyone who needed it and I would need to hire a private attorney. When I asked if she could steer me in the right direction she replied with “no, we don’t have enough attorneys to help you”. She was very rude, cut me off multiple times, and sounded very uninterested in what I was saying. If I could rate a 0 stars I would.
