Things were so crazy for me during the 1st year of the pandemic. Schools closed, daycares closed and working from home with 4 kids under 10 was near impossible. My employer accommodated as much as reasonably possible if not more, but when I ended up getting COVID-19 during Christmas well it was awful. Was hit during a left hand turn . Oncoming car ran a red light caught on dash cam of witness ticket issued to us dropped for not yielding on lft turn after officer and courts viewed the video. Now the insurance of the person at fault doesn't want to pay for our loss. Paid $15k 8 months ago for the car he totaled by running a red light. We need legal help.
