I’ve been fighting a case in Cass Superior 1 since March of 2020. Instead of accepting a plea agreement I chose to exercise my right to trial by jury. The Cass County elected prosecutor, Noah Schafer, violated my due process rights provided by the constitution and despite my public defender’s objections and multiple requests for a mistrial, I was convicted of a level 6 felony in conjunction with the habitual offender enhancement; received a 7 year sentence in the Department of Corrections. If you have something worth fighting don’t go to him no Communication, what so ever felt like I was fighting the case by myself he wasn’t on my side he was for the County. Waste of time& money. Don’t take a case on if you have no clue what you’re doing .

Ok, this is my first time giving a review but I had to take the time to share my testimony. Let me start off by saying that I had been referred to almost a dozen lawyers and they ALL said my case was either too difficult or challenging. In other words none of them thought I could win against the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS). When I found Mark Leeman of The Leeman Law Offices he was actually enthusiastic about my case.
