Working with Stephanie Dale at Leech | Tishman was an absolute pleasure. Stephanie is highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable, and she was always quick to respond to any questions I had. She handled everything exactly as promised and ensured the entire closing process went smoothly from start to finish. She is also genuinely friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her.

Closing was on 12/18. After closing it took the seller almost a week to receive their wire. Granted the holidays were coming up but other title companies had no issue. It’s now January 2nd and I’ve yet to receive my commission check. Also didn’t love how I approved the HUD and then when the client went into sign, they added a closing fee last minute, and said they had forgotten to add it (like another review I just read).

I purchased a condo downtown Sarasota May 14, 2024. Paid cash. Was not allowed access until the following evening because they forgot to charge seller their fees. I felt so bad for my movers waiting in the heat that long. To this day the staff & Wanda in particular refuse to release escrow or provide probate information. It took 7 months to receive Tile Insurance. I’m up to 23 phone/email inquiries. I assume at this point they just took the inspection money. Worst Title experience ever! Still don’t feel confident in the transaction entirely. I cross fingers & wish!

This is an exceptional firm. I’ve worked with Alysia Libby on a few real estate matters and I’m throughly impressed with her expertise and resourcefulness. She is a very unique attorney in that she has a keen business acumen, substantive legal knowledge, the ability to see the big picture, and is very personable.

Don’t know what these reviews are about. Worst closing I have ever experienced. Extremely rude staff. Terrible communicators. They made the whole closing process as difficult as can be. Absolutely refuse to work with them again.
