I have the settlement sheet and it clearly shows an inappropriate $90 debit to me the seller for a wire fee when I had to drive to pickup the proceeds . The processer clearly acknowledged the $90 which Caplan retained as excess profits . Their respond on google is false . No one at Chapman will return my calls . I will have to make another hour trip to show them again in person and wait for my check Never use this unethical firm
