I only dealt with the firm as a beneficiary of a trust. Abby is very knowledgeable and everything was done correctly. However, more communication and notice would have been helpful. She sent a waiver of trustee liability and formal accounting on a Thursday. Because she waited until the end of the week, I didn't have time to consult with an attorney before signing it. It would have been better if she had sent everything out at the beginning of the or waited until the beginning of the next week. I'm not a big fan of surprising folks with important documents right before the weekend.
