Prosecutor Hodgman allow police to violate the rights of citizens and the attempts to overcharge them to intimidate them. She is worse than useless, she has no concept of civil rights and no one should EVER choose her as their lawyer.
Disappointed that Attorney Hodgman would charge a citizen exercising their first amendment rights.
