I’ve been using this firm exclusively for all of my real estate transactions since September 15, 1995. I’m a real estate investor and have done hundreds of transactions with them. They truly treat their clients like family. I can’t say enough great things about this firm. They are excellent in attention to detail, kind, friendly and very competitively priced. Very disappointed with this firm. Would never recommend. This office handled our closing and they were messy and rude from start to finish. Not even sure how we ended up with them for our closing because we did not pick them. First, we called the office at our appointment time that they made with us and no one in the office knew what the heck we were calling for or who we were. So we had to wait until..... I guess someone found Courtney Law and told her she had an appointment she was missing. Then, when everyone was finally able to get on the phone and was able to get their ducks in a row, come to find out, that we needed a witness and our notary was not enough. With all the instructions emailed to us, this was not clear in their paperwork that witnesses were needed for signing. So when w
