Super super disappointed with this group. Been seeing there ads for years, seen them at motorcycle meets dealership events. Luckily I haven't had to call, until this last Friday. So, I called, talked to receptionist. Explained my problem, never got follow up. 3 days later I call (Monday). Receptionist relays a message saying it's a "liability issue". But wouldn't give any further explanation, clarification, ask, or give a potential referral. I could be retarded but, I don't see how that's even possible.
