I do not recommend this firm. There was weak communication from the administrative staff for months, including when I emailed asking for the status of my work and received no response. There was no response to voicemails at least twice. I needed to make a few changes in my estate planning portfolio. It took 8 months to accomplish this. I emailed details of changes I needed to make. Several months later, a draft was sent to me - with mistakes. I was dismayed at their carelessness. Finally we met for signing of revised documents. They provided copies I needed but I had to return to their office to pick up. Trusting they had made all copies they promised, it wasn't until I got home that I realized two were missing. Again, sloppy work.

Was appointed by Court to administer my mother's Estate, never heard from his office for months nor ever returned any phone calls. Delayed payouts and seemed to charge way to much. I have to date over 8 phone calls into this firm with no reply nor responses to emails. They let almost $1 million dollars sit univested for months, not even in a money market account, this screams of incompetence.

In November I asked Woods to get an affidavit from an old oil man in Texas regarding an oil lease that was an encumbrance on my property. He took the job but, as of today (Feb 2, 2021), 2 full months after accepting the job, nothing; nada. They do not answer the phone, return messages left, or respond to email; only after many attempts. A sad way to run a bill by the minute/hour operation. Completely unprofessional.

I am a REALTOR and investor and have been using Mr. Doster with great success over the years. I have always had very timely and professional closings whether for me or my clients. Clear, concise and thorough.
