Worst law firm ever!!! YOUR BETTER OFF WITH A COURT APPOINTED LAWYER!!! They take your money and dont want to do the work. And they never know anything! And after you regret hiring them, they want to change the pricing they gave you so that they dont have to give you your money back. We were told by Tim he would come up with a plan, but the first court they want to take the first offer. Not to mention they lie and when you ask for a different attorney they tell you, you have to deal with the attorney they chose to represent you or you can go hire a different attorney! In other words deal with it or go spend more money!!! This whole law firm is a JOKE even the girls who work at the front Ashley, Elena they give you attitude and dont like to receive it back.

Great experience with this law firm!! I felt properly represented by attorney Alesha Nichols. Very good communication throughout the years-long process. Their mitigation plan helped me avoid a harsher sentence.

I looked around at a couple different offices before ultimately deciding on the law offices of Tim Powers. Everyone in the office was very nice and always so helpful when it came to any questions I had. They get back to you fast and everyone answering the phone is attentive and helps to the best of their ability, and are still just as helpful once your case is closed. Not to mention there prices were very reasonable. Alex, Hayley and Erika were awesome!

My boyfriend and I got a misdemeanor charge and were having to go to court. Very uneasy about the situation, we started looking at lawyers. We had got in contact with at least 4 lawyers before we met with Tim powers. We had a meeting with him, on a Saturday, and he was very good at explaining everything to us and making sure we had all of our questions answered. They have a very confident team and we started the process that day. It was one of the easiest experiences, having to just physically meet with them that one day, and just letting them take care of our situation! They were amazing at calling us and keeping us updated, and we had gotten our case dismissed!! We put our full trust into them and they did an amazing job! Overall great experience!
