Susan and her team are the best immigration lawyers I have ever known. I most liked the idea that Susan having a busy schedule was always hands on, she directly worked with me on my case from the first day that i started up to the day my case was approved. She has a very big and understanding heart. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Her office was non-responsive throughout my entire application process and she is ALWAYS out of the office or in a meeting. In the first, and only conversation I had with Ms. Fortino-Brown over the 3 and 1/2 years she represented me, she was a bit awkward and unprofessional. The paralegal assigned to my case was either lazy or incompetent and also unpleasant. She was recommended by a family friend, but I was very disappointed in her “assistance” with my case.
