Operator " Jr" sounds like a dinosaur at least 80 years old, and takes personal issue with payment plans. Now I have to figure out how file a complaint because the practices used here are unethical.and unlawful.

They don't offer any type of reciept saying they've receive your payment,therefore you have no idea if they're legit with your balance. They told me two different amount when I asked what I owed and lied about how long it's been since I paid them. At 1st,my client was a guy, then later down the line its a lady. They're quick to suspend your license, so you can't drive to work to pay them. Now I have to use an Uber service 5 days a week, to and from work. I can't afford to pay what I owe because my money goes to Uber. They didn't think it through.

Same issues as the other bad review..I'm just a witness to their fraud.. Once a person is stuck dealing with this company/ person your screwed! they will lie, steal, and have selective amnesia. They make verbal agreements by phone, then 2 days later say it never happened. They don't give you an actual payment due date just say once a month. There is no signed contract with key details, they conveniently lose payments, no receipts for payments, good luck getting your balance from them. There's so much wrong with the way this place is operating.. it's sad. Actually I think I'm gonna do something about this.. I'm gonna find out what organization can investigate them and see how they can be held accountable. .anyone else who wants to complain the BBB and the Florida bar is where I'm starting..

This company has got to be the worst. I’ve been waiting for 2 days to start a payment plan. The lady who does the billing told me that I should be getting an approval from progressive by 3:30, no update. Called back and she told me should be the next morning. So I took the day off so that I could get a money order and have it overnighted so that I could get my license back. No update and I called at least four times. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Why doesn’t this company take online payments?

Super rude terrible customer service. Do not have an online portal, have to mail in a money orders. They do not send you receipts so who knows if the payments are actually being applied. Asked them to send me a payment history, only to be sent 1 mth later. There quick to suspend your license if you miss a payment and when you call them the receptionist always says they will call you back because there billing team does not take calls. I absolutely hate dealing with this company and do not know how there even in business with the professionalism they lack. Bunch of crooks. If Zero stars option was available, that would be there rating.
