In December 2024, I was recommended by National Debt to go to them. So I was happy and I had hope. Until the first month of January 2025 when i realized that I was starting not to have enough money to pay my bills. February is when I was so low on money. March is when I decided to stop their services but they are very manipulative and play on your intelligence saying we are the only ones that can help you and you risk getting sued by your creditors. This kept going on until May,now at this point they I was paying $300 a month. So between January and May 2025 they had $1200 of my money in a savings account that I couldn’t touch. I have been working with them since January 2024 and they have been very helpful. They call me with updates and even squared a medical bill that was on my credit report that I had no idea was there. I see posts about fees, well nothing is for free lol they are doing the work and for someone like me with multiple creditors this program is perfect. No scam here. They have even let me slide to pay my biweekly payment at another date. So I have no complaints.

In the beginning, everything seemed great. I truly believed they would consolidate my debt and help me. For the first couple of months, they withdrew several drafts from my bank account. However, once I stopped making payments due to my financial situation, I realized they had paid only a very small portion of my debt and kept most of the money for themselves. I’m extremely unhappy. It feels like a scam — especially when you’re going through financial hardship, you are vulnerable and believe in whatever they promise. They advertise that they will settle your debt, but in reality, they do the same thing credit card companies do: they pay very little and charge you a lot. It’s that simple.

My experience here has been phenomenal. I tried and paid for other debt relief services and ended up worse than before. When I read about this service provided by Robert S. Gitmeid & Associates I went into it a little disheartened from trying for so long to fix my credit. Well... little did I know that they would not only help my fix my credit but they made the whole process extremely comprehensible. I'm almost at the end of my program and I could not thank everyone enough. If you have your doubts about this program you can leave them at the door. They will answer any and all questions and are very happy to do so. Don't wait another day.
