Had a DUI case that he withdrew his appearance during the pre trial stage. I had to come up with his entire defense for the suppression hearing as well as filing a motion in limine. He is very good at showing up at court and seeming organize, but he can’t make a concrete defense and he will side with the prosecutor. He likes to make plea deals. If I were you, then I would not hire him if you are planning on winning your case. He can’t come up with a quality defense.

I hired Mr. Muchinksky to represent me in a fairly serious criminal case (a 2nd DUI charge). I was on the verge of losing my house and leaving my family destitute.
