I’m still unable to get my benefits several years after he had my case closed & disallowed and never once tried to undo or respond to me about what he did and why? How does an attorney screw up a brain injury case and not be held responsible? after totally misleading the client ME- who came to him in totally diminished capacity and Rex chose to take advantage and hide the faults of those who put me in the horrifically dark place- and I hope he and the others just like him - get the same mistreatments they dish out in HELL FIRE DOUBLE; as they rot fester & struggle in the bowels of the deepest hell- I’ve requested my files and still have not gotten them and it’s been a couple of YEARS-
