I’ve never spoken to more disrespectful people in my life, especially while trying to resolve a balance. We got unknowingly sent to Mountainland collections and into the hands of this law office. They sent someone to my house to serve papers. In the papers it says to contact them if we want to work this out. I contacted them because I had an issue with the $350 attorney fee for a lawyer I’ve never talked to $140 court fee that I never went to court for & a $22 delivery fee I never asked for. Today at 4:30pm a process server knocked at the door and started asking my fianceé's 10 year old daughter who she was. Super creepy bald guy talking to her 10 year old shows him her ID and asked for a "Shaina" and no one in the home is named "Shaina" so he leaves and as he leaves, I pull up with her 15 year old son and this guy starts interrogating us both I told the 15 year old to walk inside and not take anything from this guy and he shoves it in his hand and leaves. I look at the paperwork and it's for a "Shaina Jane Faux". Jane "Fake" is not anyone's name here and the server writes on the paperwork that the 15 year old minor is 16 and accepted service. It's not even legal to serve a child papers for a lawsuit, especially one that doesn't have the last name "Faux" or anything close to i

These negative reviews are 100% accurate. This law office has spent hundreds of dollars in court fees and court cases to garnish $800 from one of my employees. They have ruthlessly harassed myself and my employee which has caused him and his wife great mental anguish and stress. Their behavior is cold and heartless. I hope anyone reading this will think twice about using this firm.

Of course they pushed some buttons but they do have to collect debts. I had an ambulance debt for my so son when we were in-between insurances and neither would cover it. I don't make much money at all (currently none) so I've spent several years trying to pay it off. They don't call at ideal times - around holidays, around usual paydays, right when the pandemic hit hard, etc - and that did get very stressful. This happened to my friend and is still ongoing, so I won’t mention any names, but my own and this corrupt law office of Quinn M Kofford! My friend received a summons saying she owed thousands of dollars from a medical bill that went to a collection agency from Quinn M Kofford that supposedly happened years ago? She knows nothing about this incident at all! It seems that this law office is scamming others because of made-up charges, fake claims that were supposedly sent to a collection agency, and threatening letters from their office!! It is very difficult to understand what to do when the corruption is so bad? This law office needs to be shut down because they are crooks! Any suggestions would be great!!!
