I totally agree with Jasmine Ortega's review. I made it to my scheduled appointment a minute passed my appointment time (after trying to figure out parking and the actual building on the block). After I checked in with the receptionist, a lady walked pass me and told the receptionist she was going to get soup and will be back in 10 minutes. She didn't speak to me at all. I sat there for a few minutes wondering if that was the attorney and then decided to ask the receptionist who confirmed that it was. In astonishment, I asked if the attorney knew about her appointment and if she did why she'd just leave within the scheduled time? Her response: I don't know. Well, you need her; she doesn't need you so you have to wait for her. I responded that it wasn't free service and that she wasn't

Rude assistants/paralegals. They have no patience to answer your questions and are rude on the phone. Everything has to be obvious and quick and it should not be like that when you have a consultation. Do not recommend
