Extremely unprofessional and rude. Little to no empathy for my mom’s case, were unwilling to talk to her and were rude over the phone. If you are a law firm, learn to treat your potential clients with more respect. Maybe then you will get better reviews.

Called and the person on the phone was absolutely rude. Condescending and of no help whatsoever. If you have a potential client on the phone who is clearly lost and frustrated, you lead with kindness ma’am. Act like a professional.

His staff gave me an appointment for two weeks later. I called on the appointment date—they charged my card, and within 20 seconds, the woman said the attorney couldn’t speak to me. Then she hung up. They wasted two weeks of my time and charged my credit card just to tell me he wouldn’t take my case. Why waste people’s time? Let them know before scheduling an appointment. Very rude staff

I found these people to be rude to the point that I retracted my case with them. Ride enough to their client that I was willing to give up my initial $500 payment plus two weeks of time. By the time I find a new lawyer to handle my visa case and went through information process again - I lost a month. I am so glad Khrugel Immigration is so easy to work with, so polite and professional. This is the only bad review I have ever left. It’s not normally my style, but ya this guy and his office staff - extremely unpleasant and not very willing to talk with their clients.

I highly recommended the office of Atty. Louis Piscopo and his staff was excellent. We went there sometimes in November 2023 to ask for help to petition my husband and i am amazed that everytime we went there for a meeting Atty. Piscopo is the one attending our needs and arrange all the documents that we need. Last Aug 27, 2024 we have an interview with the USCIS and we passed. After two weeks my husband received his greencard expires 2034. I really appreciated and thank them for all the help. May God continue to bless your office.
