I already know I owe a large amount of support, arrears, and interest — I didn’t need someone to repeat to me what’s written in my order. I was looking for legal guidance and strategy — advice on what steps I could take to move forward — but instead I got a basic recap of information I already knew. When I asked for help with how to present my case to my ex-wife, I was told “I don’t know what to tell her because I don’t know her.” I wasn’t asking for a personal message tailored to her, just an example or suggestion for how to start the conversation.
