Ms Powers was quick to respond to my initial inquiry but ultimately did nothing. If she reviewed the documents I provided, there was no action or advice based on them. She did nothing to help me in the situation. It would be zero stars but at least she replies unlike many of her colleagues at other firms, so 2 stars for at least doing that. Edit to reply to response: If my case was outside of your practice area (it wasn’t), you should say so, not ghost a potential client. Unprofessional. And your response tells me that you’re not willing to accept feedback.

Kimberly knows her stuff! She seeks the best long term solution for her clients. She communicates in a timely manner and cares about the lives of her clients.
