Extremely disappointing experience. My case was handled very unprofessionally. I was involved in an accident dated back September 2025. For two months, I had to call weekly just to get basic updates and never once spoke directly to the attorney—only to a paralegal or case manager. Case manager was at limited words of explaining. Communication was poor, and no clear progress was ever explained. I ultimately learned through my former insurance company—not the law firm—that they had dropped my case and no longer represented me. I received no notification or explanation from the firm itself. This was very unprofessional and felt extremely misleading after trusting them with my situation. These people are scammers please do not choose this firm to represent you. They drop your case when they can’t handle the oposite party lying. The attorney never has any contact with clients only their paralegals. They pretended to willingly help my mom and took advantage by “fixing the damaged part” getting their own money from the body shop then dropping the case. FYI these people were recommended by someone giving out cards not worth it look elsewhere.
