I first attempted to set up a Trust for my grandsons fifteen years ago because of a difficult family situation. The Trust that was done at that time in no way reflected what I wanted. I attempted to modify it with the same lawyer, and then to correct it again with a second lawyer, never getting what I wanted and what I had been promised. Completely disheartened, Mr. Asher was my recent third attempt. I cannot speak highly enough of how Mr. Asher listened to what I needed, and how the Trust was set up to specifically meet those needs, by someone not only so knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, caring and patient.
