Minutes before my Traffic Court Trial in North Caldwell ( 2019 ) James Pomaco confronted me with a surprise witness ( Former Girlfriend & Stalker from 2 years prior ! ) and claimed he had no idea how she inserted herself into the proceedings ! Prior to the Trial Pomoco witheld copies of my Discovery Documents for Ransom. At a subsequent Zoom Court appearance in 2020 I was stunned to learn my Public Defender ( New Lawyer ! ) was no longer available. I had to use Pomoco AGAIN !! Four years later I am still dealing with the fallout of his Unethical performance , violation of my trust and right to Due Process.
