Called me out of nowhere about a "debt". Left me a mesaage. I wasn't sure what this was about so I called back. Next thing I know, she wants my b-day and other sensitive info. Never asked if I am who I am and if I am they are looking for. Second I said I don't feel comfortable providing any info not knowing what this is about, I was given an attitude and she hung up. Had a similar experience years back about a debt I never had, wanted all this personal info and started threatening me. This didn't go that far, but had similar vibes. Seems fraudulent. I dealt with debt collectors in the past. This didnt feel or sound like anyone I ever talked to in the past. Be careful.

A company hired this lawfirm to sue me, it was my fault and I took care of it immediately which should have immediately closed the court date. It took me calling them over 10 times, if I left a voicemail I'd get no contact back. The receptionist kept telling me it would be taken care of and that the account was closed on November 10th. I had to continue to call this lawfirm and tell them they need to do their job correctly and it seems most of the staff is incompetent to do their own job. It took me calling for an entire month and finally stating that it's going to look pretty bad on them if everyone shows up for court for something that had been settled. On the date of my hearing the lawyer was in such a rush because, as he stated, he had somewhere else to be. He spoke to me with a blatant disregard for the respect someone of his stature should typically hold for another person. I have been trying to contact them for a few weeks now with absolutely no response to any of my attempts. What kind of law office doesn't respond to anyone to collect debt, when that is literally how they make their revenue. My next step will be to show up at their office.

This is an actual credit collection law firm yes. They are based in the US and run off EST time zone. Their people are very courteous and professional and understanding. I've unfortunately had to deal with them because...... collections. However!!!! They have held up to everything they said they would do. In my situation for my wife they wouldn't talk directly to me (hey shocker they weren't after me!!) I have been attempting to resolve this matter for over a month and unfortunately, my interactions with your office have been met with dismissive and unprofessional responses from your staff, specifically Debbie (Debra) Parker. Instead of addressing my concerns, she has stated things such as “you don’t like the things I’m telling you” and has refused to connect me with a supervisor despite my repeated requests.
