I have known and used Harry Rifkin for many years, first as outside attorney for the company that I worked for and more recently as co-counsel on a matter for another client. His services as an attorney are exceptional.

Don’t believe all these fake reviews; this is quite possibly the worst attorney on this planet! He takes your money, makes big promises, but ignores your case, doesn’t even listen to your backstory nor use any of the evidence you give him, lies, has private files exposed for anyone to see, yells at folks randomly when he’s being held accountable, and will 100% LOSE your case, then point the finger elsewhere! This attorney answers calls from folks all day, works alone, lies and wings his performances; he doesn’t actually do the work he’s hired to do, and I promise you will lose your case if you trust him, no matter how easy the case nor how much you give him. By the way, I forgot to mention, he will use you like you’re on his payroll. Be smart and steer clear; he’s really that bad.

Mr. Rifkin is very knowledgeable. My dad was a lawyer for well over 30 years. My dad has had some health issues and couldn't help me with my various issues with crimes committed against me. My dad in one of his lucid moments spoke to Mr. Rifkin hoping I found a good lawyer. He said he's very smart. Honestly, Mr. Rifkin has already proven that to me with out my dad's word. It was still good hearing that from another experienced attorney and also getting recommended to Mr. Rifkin from other attorneys and firms. He has been able to very patiently and with extensive knowledge and experience guide me through these legal processes. Kind, experienced, smart. Highly recommend.

It is hard being a business owner however, it is harder finding an honest attorney to assist with legal matters. I consider myself VERY lucky to find Harry. He took the time to listen, understand and recommend. Harry spoke with me like a true friend giving advice. I really appreciated the down to earth conversations. His fees were reasonable. Very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Best scam artist you will ever meet. Always claims his house is about to forclose and he is broke. He also had gis account in the negative when he was suposed to cash our checks from auto accident and ended up ripping all of us that he took on from the accident. Also claims we owe him 200k for 6 months of work when 30 days ago was 18k. Be super careful and make sure you dont get screwed by this greedy attorney that works from home.
