I am currently negotiating with a debt with FIW, and they have been extremely helpful on contacting me with updates and ect.

Worst experience of my life!! They can file all the paperwork they want against you they are good at that filing motions and judgements but no one picks up the phone, returns calls, or responds to multiple emails. No such thing as these people working anything out with you I am getting absolutely nowhere. So now I will powercall to show whatever judge that I have emailed and called to attempt to work everything out peacefully and come to an agreement but they chose to be unprofessional and not make any effort. Best part is I barely make anything and my husband is still unemployed and I still tried to pay something anything if they had just answered the dam phone!! Based on other reviews this seems way to accurate so all I can say is get it together

I have been trying to contact this company to try to pay off an old debt and it's impossible. It's also very frustrating. I've left messages and no response. I called several companies that had the account just to be told to call this company. I finally got someone who played phone tag with me for a couple of days and now every time I call back it seems like someone is picking up the phone after it rings a few times and hangs up. This is very unprofessional.

Fred Weinberg is a truly amazing lawyer. He helped defend me from unfair and untrue accusations by my ex business associates. He was able to have me avoid court and the other side dropped their bogus case. He is very professional and responsive!!!! I would use him again in a second if I ever need a lawyer again. 5/5 stars
