If I could leave 0 stars I would! Absolutely the laziest and rudest attorney out there. Every time I would ask him a question he would take forever to respond and just had the most nasty and rude way of replying for absolutely no reason. I paid for an attorney and I did not get good service at all. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FRANK T WATERS to be your attorney. Or an attorney at all for that matter.

I received a letter dated 12/27 for my case that it was dismissed for missing paperwork. They have all my paperwork. Have left multiple voice-mails, text messages through their website, and emails . It's been over a month and still no response regarding anything. How can I get a response?

They had my case over a year, I had called them 4 times in a year to find out what was going on. They never called me once until the end of that year. I signed paper to accept offer in January.2024. They said two weeks. It’s been two months, I’m still waiting , I called earlier this week still no response. They don’t care about the customer. They are as bad as insurance companies.

The worst lawyer that I have ever had dealing with my husband's and my bankruptcy Do not use this man. He is the worst and the least professional lawyer I have had occasion to have to deal with. Of course he will aim to disagree with this review of that I am certain,but I tell the truth on behalf of myself as well as my husband.

I read some reviews on Frank before making an appt. Im surprised by the amount of negative reviews, HE IS SUCH A NICE GUY! Besides that, I received great legal advice and his team was so friendly and competent. Maybe those bad reviews are of people who didn't get the legal outcome they wanted. Definitely give Frank a shot, he's professional and knows what he is talking about.
