I work with Frank very frequently on opposite sides of real estate matters. Frank is most definitely on the very short list of attorneys who I am very happy to learn will be on the other side of a transaction. He advocates for his clients, as I do, but also knows that there is an appropriate way to advocate that doesn't have to devolve into nastiness. Frank also has handled things like tax appeals and landlord and tenant issues for my clients that our firm does not handle. Frank is the real estate attorney I send clients to when I cannot help them myself!
