In my life, I never had to deal with getting a lawyer's advice but, when I went in for my consultation with Ed, he made me feel at ease and I immediately felt "this is the lawyer for me"! He treats you like an equal and answers ALL your questions and trust me I ask lots of questions! My case was quite complicated and Ed was there to get me through all the issues that came up. Attorney Shaughnessy was recommended by a friend. Everyone was incredibly polite and I first had a phone appointment with Mr. Shaughnessy. I met him in person with some paperwork of his request and he was quite easy to talk to and was honest about whether I had case or not. Though I did not wind up having a case for him to help with, I will definitely be keeping him in mind if I ever need an attorney.

2017 my 2008 Toyota was totaled and taken to auto shop and impound fees incured. Called Ed Shaughnessy many times asking what too do about car? Ed asked me if insurance company looked at car? IDK! Thought he was communicating with insurance. WTH? The ABS was rud and mean. They're right. My car sldn't hv been in impound longer then 90 days. Now I hv a bill from impound 38,799 when Ed was ok with given me this responsible. I said no! This is very stressful for me. Now I must wait again. I feel Ed didn't earn 30 percent only 19 percent. Im not getting 9,000 wish I was getting 38,799 not impound 😡
