I was very surprised and disappointed by how I was treated as a first time caller and possible client seeking to hire their firm. THe receptionist was very pleasant. Jennifer, the paralegal for the office however was rude and very unprofessional. After her mean, unkind accusatory treatment, I asked to speak to the attorney Donald Brown and was also refused. This experience does not match the other reviews.

Attorney Brown's website claims to offer a "Concierge Service," yet he and his staff can't be bothered answering inquiries from prospective clients. Ask yourself this question, "How can an attorney advocate for my best interests if he can't even be bothered responding to an email?"

I recently closed a real estate transaction with Atty Brown's office. I work mostly with the para-legal (Danielle). It was a a great experience. Danielle kept in contract with me every step of the way. We had delays because of others so communication with her office was important. Danielle took my call each and every time and kept her word about call me back. This is the second time my client used Atty Brown's office. They were very happy with the service.
