I called and spoke with an awfully rude woman. I told her I’m in bit of a situation and explained about an old man who lives next to me and he says he made a will and described directions on how to get to the office and after some research we found this place. He’s looking to update/change his will and I just need to know how to confirm if he had been there if they could look up his name and before I finished she was yelling at me absolutely not it’s private how would you like it if we shared your information. I said excuse me excuse me please let me talk. I’m not looking for his information I’m just trying to help him figure out where he was so he can make an appointment but next time I’m over there I’ll just have him call.
