I am extremely fortunate that when I needed a divorce lawyer, I was given the business card of Mr. David W. Biles. Now I am financially secure and my life is back on track. Mr. Biles has over 25 years of experience in family law. He explained the reality of Texas family law to me, and what I must do to make the best possible case for myself. It was a difficult and expensive process, but in every instance, his advice proved correct. His fees may be higher than some other attorneys, but I was paying for his experience and negotiating skills. My decree not only met the requirements for Texas law, but the wording also met the requirements for the laws of Queensland, Australia. My divorce decree was entered into the Family Court of Queensland so the retirement money overseas could be divided. I

The biggest mistake of my life was getting married to my now Ex-Wife. The second was hiring Mr. Biles for my divorce. If you want a lawyer who listens, communicates well, advocates for his client and comes up with solutions to the problem then you would be extremely disappointed with Mr. Biles. I used Mr. Biles for my divorce and the experience and outcome was less than desirable. Mr. Biles can't get out of the way of his own ego. I wouldn't recommend Mr. Biles to anyone, even my Ex-Wife.

I have to say at first I was very scared about having to deal with a custody battle my case was unlike a normal case mine had many obstacles, well you could say a hard case to take on. The day I meet Mr.biles and his staff from the moment I walked into his office to the end they made me feel secure with my decision that I was marking and helped me stand up for my self and what was right. He is the best lawyer not to mention very supportive. if you need someone firm and that will stand behind you, plus looks out for you best interested he is the one.i will for ever be grateful for all his hard work in helping me during this difficult time. His knowledge about family law is the best so far and he will fight for your rights!
