Due to an unexpected garnishment that was going to make me homeless I called 10 bankruptcy lawyers and David was the only one to step up and save me from loosing everything I had worked so hard to achieve. He got me in with in 1 hour of contacting his office and without him I would be homeless. I have had bad experiences with lawyers in the past and David smith broke the mold. He was fast, friendly, and most importantly honest. If I could rate his services at 10 stars I would. David is unprofessional. When I showed up to his office I was seen 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment. After I paid him in full, he ghosted me for over a month and then blamed it on the staffing. A quick email or text to update is not that hard. Or if you are so over worked maybe don’t take new clients. I asked him to make it right when he finally got back to me so he refunded a tiny portion of what I had paid him. If I didn’t advocate for myself I believe he would have never offered that on his own. He then ghosted me again for two more months after apologizing the first time. I would never hire David smith again based on my experience.
