If I could give a zero grade I would! This guy is a shark and I’m using my freedom of speech. In hopes that others do not use this guy. First off I got something in the mail from this gentleman for a driving without a registration when I was pulled over because there was a mixup with Insurance and Penndot with no laps in coverage And I was given a ticket. I then went and decided to use this Attorney thinking in hopes that I wouldn’t get my license suspended and have to pay a crazy fine. It cost me $600 for him to take on the case which inevitably I had to pay for a guilty plea which I didn’t want. I was stuck with overall $780 in a bill because my ticket came out to $180. I did not get a licensed suspension first off this man prolonged months and months of going to the court kept on asking

Unprofessional and Unresponsive – Do Not Recommend I hired him to handle some traffic tickets and paid him $1,200 upfront. At first, he seemed agreeable, but once I paid, communication completely fell apart. When I called, he just said he had been “busy,” and since then, he ignores my calls and texts. No updates, no follow-through, nothing. I feel like I wasted my time and money. Very unprofessional – I would not recommend his services to anyone.

I retained Daniel as my attorney, and once he received his retainer fee, he avoided my attempts at contact. Luckily, I had his cell phone number, so after no communication the day before a court appearance, he texted me and replied I did not need to appear. Then, on September 9th, I received a Bench warrant in the mail. I had to constantly reach out to him by text again in order to get him to answer, and his reply was, "That's why he doesn't like working with drunks and drug addicts". Not only was that comment uncalled for, but it was extremely unprofessional! If only I would have read his reviews first, I would have never contacted him for legal services. He does just enough work to ensure he does not get theft of services. Well

Worst service possible. I was issued two traffic tickets in PA for actions I 100% did not commit (backed with sufficient proof). I am not a PA resident, so I hired Daniel to represent me in court after I rightfully pleaded not guilty to the alleged violations. After Daniel took my payment, I was not able to reach this man AT ALL until AFTER the court date had passed. I was eventually able to contact him, and I asked him what happened in court...He told me he ended up pleading GUILTY on one of violations. That is not what I wanted, and if he had actually communicated with me, I could have provided the evidence to help with the case. Now this violation is stuck on my record, and there is nothing I can do about it. This man is only interested in taking your money and running away. If you

Mr. Hanifin was able to assist me with 10 tickets. I was issued 10 tickets for one accident. He was able to negotiate with the officer and I ended up keeping my license. I would highly recommend him.
