Dan Epperly ruined my life. When he was a so called cop up in the small town of Dunlap, Ca he used to hunt for me and harass me every time he saw me. There is only 1 road up and down that mountain and he used that to his advantage and every time I would get off work on my way home if he was on duty he would pull me over search my vehicle and take my vehicle to impound take me to jail and write me ticket after ticket until my license was taken. I initially hired Epperly to represent me for a Worker's Compensation case and he flat out lied to me saying that it was settled, claiming a small check labeled "Gift" was the entire sum for the Settlement. That caused delay to the overall case for no reason and I had to retain a different Lawyer to represent me while injured. I filed a complaint with the California BAR Association the same year and wouldn't recommend him whatsoever to anyone.
