Mr. Kervin and his staff great in my personal opinion. I've spoken with different locations on the phone, and they all conducted themselves in the manner of which they should/ or that of what you'd want as a client. On a personal level I dealt more with the Branch in Rayville. From the very start Ms. Cori and was very warming and very insightful. Ms. Rachel got me right on the tail end of this process. They were always there for every phone call, no matter if I called to verify 2 or 3 times what she(Cori) had just told me otp or via message, because i stayed texting...lol She( Cori/Rachel) would always make sure I received a resolution to my questions, even if she(Rachel) had to call me back with the information. My wife and I were involved in a major vehicle crash in Texas. After release from the hospital we returned to Louisiana. While I was in surgery, my wife contacted Damon and he came to the hospital and discussed our case with us. We retained him and he went to work. Damon explained everything to us along the way. Him and his staff were always very professional and helpful. The case was settled 3 1/2 years later with a satisfactory outcome. Even though they settled, Damon was prepared and ready to go to trial.
