Hmm. I saw the reviews and was looking forward to an engagement. I submitted a web form email asking for their service with a brief explanation, no response. I called the next day to follow up, spoke to a wonderful person who answered, she took down my details and said she would pass it to the lawyers, no response. I called again the next day, the person apologized for not getting back to me and said this time they would call me back. It has been a few days amd no response. A courtesy response to decline would be nice. I guess I need to take no response for "no" at this point.
