I was down on my luck feeling loss my ex- husband had taken our children made poor accusations and lies towards me. Charles levatino didn't represent me personally but he represented the family that went against me and I have to say that I feel he helped me more than them whether he realizes it or not. He hands down is a good soul I can tell you that I know he has a reputation for certain things and I commend him for that times a thousand

Do Not Hire! Charles Levatino is lazy and unethical. He will attempt to bully you into accepting settlements that aren't what you agreed to then lie to you about what he negotiated. He has no respect for the law or his clients and shouldn't be in practice. I reported him to the State Bar and recommend anyone with similar experiences report him as well.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! I called to Schedule an over the phone consultation for help with my child custody case and the receptionist was nice but when she transferred me to levitino I wanted to cry within the first minute of the phone call.he kept cutting me off was extremely brash,negative and discouraging without even knowing about my case.he should NOT be dealing with people going through stressful times in their lives WHICH IS HIS JOB.
