In short, we are now going into year 5 waiting for our parents' estate to be settled. Promises not kept and unresponsiveness are just two of the issues, making for an unsettling upsetting process.
Simply put, promises weren't kept. Potential witnesses were not used to help the case. Overcharged. Disorganized. Overall feeling of ICK.
