My experience with attorney Carlos has been a blessing I put my life in his hands to defend me. I trust this attorney with my life. Carlos demonstrated great creativity in his approach to my case. I highly recommend Carlos. Also Mari Carlos assistant was great through my case as well always called me to update me with my case and court dates. She is great.

Carlos I've tried to call your office to contact you regarding a case about being charged for drug related offenses in the Texas area since I was recommended by my Godfather. I was given an address but was unable to find your office which I was informed was located nearby an accounting business that performs tax services. A fellow lawyer in the criminal defense community gave me your info at a recent networking event as well but I am unsure I've been provided the right number. Anyways there was a conspiracy to traffic 5000 kilos of cocaine across the border with Texas including laundered cash and I was unable to hire you since no contact was made. I will be traveling back to mountains of Sinaloa. If I ever need you I'll reach out to you again.

Unfortunately, the flaws of Mr.Fleites aren't unique to most attorneys in Miami, FL...but it's unique to me, because his carelessness and nepotism (family members working with/for him) completely ruined the path my life was on, or at least made it that much harder to get my life back together after facing severe felony charges for a crime I DID NOT commit. He said "I believe you, but you don't wanna drag it out in a trial...just take a plea and you can go home tonight." no, HE DIDN'T want to drag it out in a trial, despite admitting the state's evidence was shoddy at best...I foolishly took the carrot he dangled in front of me with the words "go home tonight" and obviously, life hasn't been the same since, because I cannot seal/expunge this arrest because I already sealed/expunged another

If I can give Carlos 10 stars I would. He saved my life period without going into details, charges were dropped after completing a course. Thank you Carlos and team.
