I recently had the pleasure of working with Margarita for my estate planning needs, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Margarita was supposed to be my Social Security attorney. We signed a contract stating she would be paid when I get approved, out of my back pay. This is standard and normal for Social Security attorneys. Margarita repeatedly used the fact that she hadn't yet been paid as an excuse to not do her job. She is very incompetent, continuously told me to contact Social Security directly even though when you have an attorney, they aren't allowed to speak directly to you and must go through your attorney! She also refused to help me get an appointment rescheduled because she just didn't think that having a previously scheduled appointment at the same time was a "good enough reason" to request a reschedule. The case was eventually sent to Bankruptcy in another state, and Margarita Vienneau continued helping with the case, expedited matters and ended with a good resolution.
