This law firm likes to ruin peoples lives with not answering phone calls or emails to set up payment plans, a payment plan was set up and he contested. My daughter is a young 22 year old just getting on her feet and learning how to live on her own. She stated she could do $50 a month and that was not good enough. Horrible lawyer, horrible people. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM - they are horrible heartless awful people!!!!

Uphold my agreements?? I’ve been paying you $200 a month like agreed. I missed December, due to being hospitalized with pneumonia and Covid, so I even gave you extra the following month ! I can’t pay you if I don’t work , duh. My balance then owed was $180 , and you have now taken over a thousand dollars out of my checks. It’s funny how quick you are to take someone’s money , but now that you owe me, your gonna take your sweet time giving it back. No wonder y’all resort to wage garnishments , if Brian was a good lawyer , work would be flying through the door. SMH.. Really says a lot about his practice.. Ps. Don’t even try and come back with some bs bc I will post every single money order I’ve ever dropped off to your office bc I’ve kept every single receipt.

I have reach out to this office numerous Of times to set up a payment plan and he refuses to get back to me , i have called and left emails on top of emails overall if it doesn’t benefit him he doesn’t care i have reached out respectfully so i could save my future as a 21 year old and grow and do the right thing and make a payment plan to pay back my debt and all mr young does is ignore people ! i waited months for an answer back on email i have spoke to this man one time and he told me he would get back to be and has left me high and dry .

I had a fraudulent account on my credit report I had been trying to get removed for a long time, the account was showing in collections and ruining my credit. Brian was able to get this completely removed from my report - from speaks to him originally to account being removed was 2 weeks!! He is amazing and I highly recommend him!
