Had the worst and most disappointing experience closing at this law office today. DO NOT RECOMMEND! SELLERS BEWARE of closing here. We only closed here because the buyer insisted on using this office. THE STAFF was unprepared, unprofessional and dismissive throughout the process. We also felt racism towards us by the secretary handling the transaction. Funds were not ready at the scheduled closing time of 1PM. As a result, we and our real estate agent were forced to wait for several hours while the money was processed. The law office knew prior to our closing that the funds were not going to be ready and failed to delay or rescheduled the closing. Shockingly, our wiring information was not collected until we were seated at the closing table. The wire was initiated in front of us, causing

Professionalism from start to finish! I could not be more pleased with how this office handled our real estate closing. My boyfriend was selling a house so we needed that one to close first (with his buyer's selected closing attorney) so that we could use the proceeds toward purchasing our new home.
