Made someone I knows plea deal go from a misdemeanor to a felony. Don't recommend.

I've had Ben Harmon as an attorney in the past. His staff was very kind, helpful & professional. They treated me with the upmost respect. Then when i met with Mr. Harmon, i was completely honest with him. You could tell he was very intelligent as an attorney. He talked to me with respect, explained everything to me about my case. He kept me informed and updated as well as myself. In my book, " Mr.Harmon is the Best attorney in Savannah.". He done an outstanding job on my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants the best of the best!!!

My sister was lied to by Mr. Harmon and he did not follow through with what he promised in court. He has caused undue trauma in her life. I am not impressed and would not recommend. The office will also not answer the phone and he said he would meet with my sister and his client in May and has yet to do so. There has always been an excuse as to why he cannot. Would NOT recommend. Would give zero stars if possible.

If I could use more than 5 stars I would!! The people are all very polite & helpful. Been using this firm as long as we’ve been back to Tn, 6-7 yrs. Always have done a very great job! We always get anxious & impatient & they always talk us into a state of calm. That’s a wonderful quality! Have learned to expect the worst (anything better is a huge Plus!) but our outcomes have always been better than expected! Thank you so much to all of you at Ben Harmon’s Law Office! Really, you’ve done a wonderful job (putting up w/all the questions over & over)! I’m sure we’re not done yet! Lol but glad to have you on our families side. Wouldn’t go with anyone else here!!

I felt that my case wasn’t taken seriously from day one. Little to no communication was had from Nick or his assistant. The correspondence I DID get was solely because I continued to reach out to them via phone and email. If you are looking for someone to really care about your case, I’d look elsewhere. I was made to feel like my concerns were invalid, and did not have a good experience at all.
