I hired this office for a workers’ compensation case and had a very poor experience. They provided little to no guidance on how to properly handle or maximize my case, and communication was consistently difficult. Veronica was especially unresponsive—emails were rarely answered on time, and when they were, the responses were vague or unrelated. Most concerning, I later discovered an agreement showing a higher percentage than what I signed, including a document with my name and signature that I did not authorize. Proceed with extreme caution. Keep copies and photos of everything you sign if you choose to work with this office.
